Question 1: How to achieve a continuous cut off a rolled fabric by using the automatic cutting machine?
First of all, the machine platform adopts a ring crawler track structure, coordinate with the automatic feeding machine. Equipped with a vacuum adsorption plate, the garment is tightly adsorbed on the table during the feeding process.

Second, about the automatic feeder, it has an independent control system, a rolled fabric can be automatically unfolded, cooperating with the cutting machine through a signal transmission device, controlling the feed time of fabric.
This machine also has an automatic correction function. This function is very important!!! It ensures the fabric continuous feeding, the accuracy is less than 3mm.

In the video, you can see that even if the human interferes fabric transmission, the machine can still feed the fabric accurately.

Third, this machine’s system has the function of “Unlimited cutting”. What does this mean?
For example, the cutting length of the machine is 3 meters at one time.
When we input the length 12meters cutting pattern into the machine system, the cutting pattern will be segmented according to the cutting length of the machine, and in the video, we can find the distance between each section can be controlled at 2mm.

 

Question2: Why does AMOR’s laser machine have no smoke when cutting fabric?

Why?

The device uses a honeycomb design, increasing the smoke suction.

Question3: Is the laser machine suitable for cutting elastic, thin fabrics?
Yes.
If you want to achieve the elastic fabric cutting, need to overcome the deformation caused by fabric stretching during the feed and cut.
So how do we achieve it?
First of all, the machine can automatically unfold the roll fabric before feeding, thereby avoiding the stretching during the feed process.

Second, the pressing device with a sponge to avoid the fabric damage during the feed process.

Third, Model SCL-1630, the biggest advantage is not touched fabric in the cutting process .there is no external force to stretch the fabric, maintaining the characteristics of the fabric itself.
