01. Sample Testing

We have 6 dedicated testing machines covering all processing techniques. Customers can request sample tests anytime.

03. Fine Assembly

During the installation of rails, racks, and tables, we use dial indicators and granite squares for repeated calibration. The assembly accuracy is within 0.1 mm.

05. Internal Quality Inspection

Every machine runs for at least 12 hours before shipment. Full-size cutting accuracy is ≤ 0.1 mm, and tool alignment accuracy is ≤ 0.1 mm.

07. Packaging & Delivery

Three-layer waterproof and scratch-proof protection. Each part is securely fixed inside an L-shaped wooden crate to prevent pressure damage during shipping.

The machine bed is processed by a 16-meter gantry machining center for rail and rack mounting surfaces, ensuring high precision drilling and milling.

04. Scientific Electrical Wiring

Each electrical cabinet has 2 cooling fans to maintain constant temperature. All wires are numbered and isolated to prevent friction and interference.
