AMOR CNC oscillating knife cutting machine has ultra-high-speed for EPE foam cutting, which can cut EPE and EVA foam up to 110mm thick, and the cutting speed is 800-1500mm/s (according to foam thickness and hardness).

Compared with traditional die punching and CO2 laser cutting foam, 4 advantages of CNC oscillating knife cutting machine:

1. No need for molds, saving time and effort, suitable for small batch, multi-style order cutting, reducing mold production costs, and shortening the delivery cycle;
