Machine description
You have a lot of small batch orders, the efficiency of single-layer cutting machine is too low, and the use cost of multi-layer cutting machine (≥40 layers) is too high, and it is not suitable for small batch production at all, what should you do?
AMOR has developed a multi-layer fabric cutting machine for the market. A vacuum adsorption system and a secondary coating system are used to secure the multilayer fabric to the work surface. Then use a high power oscillating knife to cut quickly. The maximum cutting thickness is 30mm (after vacuum adsorption), which is suitable for processing in many styles and small batch orders.
The working area of the whole cutting machine is divided into three parts: feeding, cutting and sorting, which realizes the continuous cutting of multiple layers of fabric or leather. The modular tool seat design is adopted, the processing method is more flexible, and different cutting tools can be configured, and one machine can meet single-layer or small multi-layer cutting. One machine is multi-purpose, maximizing to meet the production needs of different types of orders.

Three work area design
Set up the processing platform as: feeding area, cutting area and sorting area. It ensures the automatic feeding of multiple layers of fabric or leather, and is equipped with an independent sorting area, which is easy to manage the pieces, and realizes continuous, smooth and efficient cutting of multiple layers.
Vacuum adsorption system
A vacuum pump of ≥9KW is used, and a secondary lamination system is equipped. In order to ensure that the material is firmly fixed on the working platform during the cutting process.
Touch screen operation panel
Color & touch control panel, with a more intuitive operation interface, can directly input processing data, set processing speed and knife depth, support screen automatic protection, and protect processing data.
Professional cutting tools
Using independently developed cutting tools, it can complete multi-layer fabric or leather cutting at one time, meeting the needs of batch cutting, and is the first choice for small batch cutting.
Overall welded bed
The machine bed is welded to ensure the accuracy and long life. The square tube welding is integrated, high temperature heat treatment, milling machine finishing.
Japan Mitsubishi servo motor
Japan’s Mitsubishi servo motor, with large torque and good performance, provides powerful power for machine movement;
Scientific electrical control system
Scientific and reasonable wiring, each wire has a serial number, which is convenient for maintenance of the machine. All electrical components are equipped with Schneider brand electrics as standard, and Siemens electrics with UL certification can also be selected according to customer requirements.
Safety protection device
Highly sensitive collision avoidance system and red light brake system. When the machine is cutting at high speed, it can effectively protect the safety of the operator.
HWIN Taiwan Rail
Using Taiwan HWIN brand guide rail and four rows of high-precision ball sliders, with its own lubrication system, low friction resistance, to ensure high-speed and smooth cutting.
