Machine description
You have a lot of small batch orders, the efficiency of single-layer cutting machine is too low, and the use cost of multi-layer cutting machine (≥40 layers) is too high, and it is not suitable for small batch production at all, what should you do?
AMOR has developed a multi-layer fabric cutting machine for the market. A vacuum adsorption system and a secondary coating system are used to secure the multilayer fabric to the work surface. Then use a high power oscillating knife to cut quickly. The maximum cutting thickness is 30mm (after vacuum adsorption), which is suitable for processing in many styles and small batch orders.
The working area of the whole cutting machine is divided into three parts: feeding, cutting and sorting, which realizes the continuous cutting of multiple layers of fabric or leather. The modular tool seat design is adopted, the processing method is more flexible, and different cutting tools can be configured, and one machine can meet single-layer or small multi-layer cutting. One machine is multi-purpose, maximizing to meet the production needs of different types of orders.
