AMOR’s professional automotive interior cutting solutions are aimed at cutting various automotive interior materials such as silk ring, sponge composite PVC, microfiber PU, leather, and floor leather.

AMOR CNC knife cutting machine is equipped with diversified knives such as oscillating knives, pneumatic knives, wheel cutters, and painting pens. According to different materials and processes, different knives can be flexibly replaced to realize rapid cutting of various car interiors.

Multiple tool combinations

It can be equipped with electric oscillating knives and pneumatic oscillating knives to meet the cutting of different gasket materials such as asbestos, non-asbestos, graphite composite, rubber and PTFE.

Vacuum adsorption platform

Optional sub-area adsorption, 8-48 adsorption sub-areas. It can follow the adsorption, and the material is fixed on the cutting platform during the cutting process to ensure accurate cutting.

Touch screen operation panel

Color & touch control panel, with a more intuitive operation interface, can directly input processing data, set processing speed and knife depth, support screen automatic protection, and protect processing data.

Precision rack drive

Servo rack drive mode, Y-axis is driven by double servo motor, with strong power and stable performance.

Overall welded bed

The machine bed is welded to ensure the accuracy and long life. The square tube welding is integrated, high temperature heat treatment, milling machine finishing.

Japan Mitsubishi servo motor

Japan’s Mitsubishi servo motor, with large torque and good performance, provides powerful power for machine movement;

Scientific electrical control system

Scientific and reasonable wiring, each wire has a serial number, which is convenient for maintenance of the machine. All electrical components are equipped with Schneider brand electrics as standard, and Siemens electrics with UL certification can also be selected according to customer requirements.

Automatic feeding system

For cutting of leather, fabric and other roll-shaped materials, it is equipped with a feeding system with an automatic correction system. Realize continuous and precise automatic cutting. The maximum load is 200KG, the diameter is 850mm, and the appropriate feeding speed can be set according to the weight of the material.

Imported Taiwan guide rail & slider

Using Taiwan HWIN brand guide rail and four rows of high-precision ball sliders, with its own lubrication system, low friction resistance, to ensure high-speed and smooth cutting.
