Machine description

AMOR digital cutting machine adopts the combined drive mode of double Japan Mitsubishi servo motor + precision reducer, with strong power, fast cutting speed and more stable. All electrical components (relays, power supplies, AC contactors, etc.) use the French Schneider brand with stable performance.

According to the characteristics of insulation materials, AMOR is equipped with high-power pneumatic oscillating cutting tools and self-feeding system, which can automatically cut various fiberglass wool, polyester fiber cotton, rubber and plastic insulation cotton, phenolic board, rock wool board, etc. , to meet various complex graphics cutting.

It solves the problems of difficulty in manual cutting, low efficiency and poor processing quality, and realizes automatic and intelligent cutting of thermal insulation rolls and panels.

Machine details

High power pneumatic oscillation tool

With strong cutting, using 0.6MPA compressed air to drive the knife to oscillate up and down, to meet the cutting of insulation materials with different densities and hardness. Maximum cutting thickness 100mm.

Vacuum adsorption platform

Optional sub-area adsorption, 8-48 adsorption sub-areas. It can follow the adsorption, and the material is fixed on the cutting platform during the cutting process to ensure accurate cutting.

Touch screen operation panel

Color & touch control panel, with a more intuitive operation interface, can directly input processing data, set processing speed and knife depth, support screen automatic protection, and protect processing data.

Automatic feeding platform

It is made of Italian imported felt, which has good air permeability and longer life. It can perfectly transport roll materials such as glass fiber cotton and polyester fiber cotton to realize automatic cutting.

Overall welded bed

The machine bed is welded to ensure the accuracy and long life. The square tube welding is integrated, high temperature heat treatment, milling machine finishing.

Japan Mitsubishi servo motor

Japan’s Mitsubishi servo motor, with large torque and good performance, provides powerful power for machine movement;

Scientific electrical control system

Scientific and reasonable wiring, each wire has a serial number, which is convenient for maintenance of the machine. All electrical components are equipped with Schneider brand electrics as standard, and Siemens electrics with UL certification can also be selected according to customer requirements.

Safety protection device

Highly sensitive collision avoidance system and red light brake system. When the machine is cutting at high speed, it can effectively protect the safety of the operator.
