1. Install and start the machine
1.1 fixed machine;
1.2 connecting the machine to the control cabinet;
1.3 connecting gas;
1.4 connecting the power supply;
1.5 connecting the computer;
1.6 starting the machine;
2. Install the vacuum adsorption system
2.1 connect the suction pipe;
2.2 connect power cord;
2.3 connect single line;
2.4 connect the power supply of the factory (380V, 50Hz);
2.5 check whether the installation is correct;
3. Test platform data
3.1 turn on and return to the original point;
3.2 move the cutting head to the lower right side of the machine;
3.3 installation test tools;
3.4 check whether the signal transmission is normal;
3.5 start test platform;
3.6 adjust table;
3.7 save the table data;
3.8 remove the test tool;
4. Install the tools and set the cutting depth
4.1 Install the oscillating knife;
4.2 Installation of single 45° V grooving tool;
4.3 Install the twin 45° V grooving tool;
4.4 Test the depth of the oscillating knife;
5.Install operating software
5.1 Install software
5.2 Set computer IP
5.3 Read data from the machine
