Vacuum adsorption with cover film

The digital cutter uses a vacuum suction design that holds the material on the cutting table to prevent material movement during the cutting process. This can satisfy single-layer cutting of most materials, but this does not meet all of the customer’s needs. For example, when a customer wants to cut multiple layers of fabric, leather, or a sponge material that is thick and soft, what should he do?

In order to meet the cutting of multi-layer materials, AMOR covers the surface of the material to enhance the suction of the vacuum adsorption system, and the material of each layer is adsorbed on the work surface with a maximum cutting thickness of 30 mm (after vacuum adsorption).

By covering the film, the cutting ability of the digital cutting machine is enhanced, and the multi-layer leather, fabric and PU/PVC sponge composite material can be cut by the high-power oscillating knife and the pneumatic cutter to meet the mass production requirements of the customer and improve the cutting efficiency.
